Remarks:  Red bay snook (Petenia splendida) are a large ambush predator that can be found in Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize.  Males can reach up to 20" while females stay slightly smaller.  When Keeping this fish it is important to choose proper tank mates. They can eat fish nearly the same size as them. 

Petenia splendida have two color forms. Here we are selling the wild color morph.
