Remarks: Aulonocara aquilonium are extremely rare in the hobby. They are endemic to Mdoka where they swim over sandy bottoms searching for food. Males are a metallic silver color with blue faces, black fins, and bright gold egg spots. With their long noses and shining colors, their beauty is surely to impress any fishkeeper.
