Remarks: Metriaclima emmiltos "Mphanga Rocks" come from from the Mpanga Rocks near Chilumba. Males are a brightly colored mbuna with a blue body color with black vertical stripes. The dorsal fins and caudal fins are outlined with orange and yellow. Females of this species can be variable in color. Some will be a dull grey or brown in color, while others can have the same pattern as males, but the colors will not be as vibrant.
