Black "Kavala"
Option

Remarks: Most Neolamprologus leleupi strains are typically bright yellow, but some locations are darker gray or black, such as the Kavala Island location. While their typical coloration is gray, when dominant they turn solid black - a true sight to behold. They get along well with most similarly sized cichlids, like Julidochromis, Altolamprologus, and other Neolamprologus. Sexing can be difficult, and impossible when young, so groups should be purchased if the intention is to breed them.
